The Storage Center in Wesley Chapel proudly hosts 500 climate controlled indoor units. Units range is size from 4×3, our smallest locker sized units, to our largest 10×30. Yes, insurance is required for all active leases. This is very standard for the industry and common for tenant-landlord agreements in the state of Florida. Insurance costs in Florida have exploded due to past hurricane destruction. To ensure we can keep our rates competitive, we must keep our own insurance costs down. To do this we offer a third-party insurance in-store, with rates starting as low as $12 a month. However, to save our customers money we allow tenants to provide “proof of insurance,” and see the monthly fee removed. A simple visit or call any day of the week and one of our fabulous staff members can help you save money.
Our facility, like most in the area is not 24-hour accessible. Tenant access is from 6a to 10p daily. These hours help us promote a safe and secure facility in which you can feel confident leaving your treasures. We have staff members on site daily to help with all your storage needs. The only exception to this is in recognition of most national holidays and during crisis situations such hurricane watch and warnings. We know how important your belongings are to you. Our staff works diligently to keep tenant access available for as long as their safety and yours can be ensured and we work hard following the storms to get doors back open once safety can again be ensured.
Safety is always important to us and for this reason we ask that nothing, hazardous, explosive or corrosive with some exceptions be stored in the facility. We prohibit lithium batteries as they do not store well and are a known fire hazard. We do allow for the storage of firearms and ammunition, but our lease is very clear. Such things much be stored properly, and management must be made aware of such items and notation made to the lease. This is for both safety and legal purposes. We do allow for the storing of alcoholic beverages. This too must be outlined in the lease, and such product must be again, properly stored. We do not allow for the storing of food and other beverages, as we pride ourselves on cleanliness and a pest-free environment. There is no sleeping or dwelling allowed in the building. We do not allow for the consumption of food or drink in the building aside from our front office. No pets outside of ADA compliant service animals are allowed on premises and certainly should never be stored in units. We do provide hand-cards and easy access elevators to make the move-in process smoother. While we suggest cylinder locks be used to secure units as they are far superior to other locks, you are not required to purchase our locks, but all units must be properly secured and locked at all times. It is important to note that many insurances companies deny coverage or payment on lost or stolen product if a cylinder lock is not used. We suggest you check with your insurance provider if providing “proof of insurance,” before choosing to secure your unit with an inferior lock.

Both outdoor and indoor lighting is maintained regularly. Access codes are required to gain access to tenant areas and Pasco County Police Department Officers are frequent guests. We welcome them to use our parking after hours to ensure their presence deters those who seek to do harm. While no facility can ensure 100% safety and protection at all times, our building is in a well-lit, well-maintained, low crime rate location. We have weathered many a storm in our seven years with little to no damage or water intrusion. We take great care and concern to provide our clients with only the best in safety and cleanliness any storage facility has to offer.
